By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile application, you (also referred to as the "User") voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.
1.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile application. By downloading and utilizing the Mobile application, you fully accept the terms outlined in this Policy.
1.2. The methods for processing Personal Information include actions such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities.
1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.
2.1. Depending on the app and feature, we may process content you submit, anonymous account and installation identifiers, usage records, diagnostics and purchase information to provide and maintain the service. Submitted content may contain personal information; please avoid submitting information that is not needed for the requested feature.
2.2. Personal Information, as defined in this Policy, includes the User's email or Instagram account provided during product surveys for users who made purchases in the Mobile application.
2.3. The User acknowledges the use of third-party software in the Mobile application, which may collect and transmit depersonalized data.
Third-party software may encompass analytic systems such as “Amplitude”, “Intercom”, “Appsflyer”, “Mixpanel”, “Facebook SDK”, “Firebase” and “Adapty”. The collected data may include device information, query data, and other details of user activity. The collection and use of this data are subject to the respective third-party privacy policies.
We may also use session replay technology provided by third-party analytics tools (such as Mixpanel) to understand how users interact with the application interface. This may include screen navigation, taps, and general usage patterns.
Session recordings are strictly anonymized and do not include sensitive information such as passwords, personal messages, or any data entered into secure input fields. Sensitive data is automatically masked or excluded from recording.
LYKOV STUDIO LTD does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.
LYKOV STUDIO LTD may use Personal Information for communication, marketing, statistical research, and targeting advertising based on depersonalized data.
The User has rights to be informed, access, correct, restrict, object, withdraw consent, delete personal data, and receive data for portability. These rights can be exercised by contacting LYKOV STUDIO LTD.
Personal Information will be stored for as long as necessary or permitted by law. LYKOV STUDIO LTD periodically reviews data processing systems for relevance.
LYKOV STUDIO LTD stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access according to internal terms and regulations.
Depending on the app and feature, selected images, extracted text, prompts and relevant conversation context may be sent to third-party search or AI providers, including Google, Yandex, Microsoft Bing, TinEye, OpenAI and AIProxy, to provide the requested functionality. We request consent where required. Providers process and retain data under their applicable policies and settings. Content and results may also be stored locally on your device. In apps with cloud code execution, source code and standard input are sent over HTTPS to our runner hosted on Google Cloud for compilation, execution or code inspection. Anonymous Firebase accounts and usage records support authorization and run limits. Technical logs may include account identifiers, IP addresses, request metadata and execution statistics. When available, the in-app Delete Server Data action removes the runner account and its associated database records while preserving local files and Apple purchases. It does not cancel Apple subscriptions or erase records independently retained by analytics, payment providers or infrastructure logs under their applicable retention policies. LYKOV STUDIO LTD may transfer Personal Information to third parties with User consent, for Mobile application functionality, third-party service providers, or asset transfers.
We may also share anonymized information about subscription usage with Apple Inc. to help Apple fairly evaluate refund requests. This data may include whether and how the subscription was used, such as the number of sessions or accessed features. The information is used exclusively for refund evaluation and is processed in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy.
